Using this site 

To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.
You warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

Ordering

Goods can be placed in the shopping basket at any time while you browse the catalogue. Click on the View Shopping Cart button to view and edit the contents of your shopping cart.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

Availability of products

All products described on this website are for the purpose of general identification only. KAT Aromatherapy Ltd uses only raw materials and ingredients of the highest quality from reputable suppliers. KAT Aromatherapy has carried out an ethical sourcing audit with all our suppliers and believe them to be of the highest standard. We guarantee that these raw ingredients are blended by hand by KAT Aromatherapy Ltd without the addition of any chemicals or other non-natural products. However we cannot be held responsible for the quality of raw materials supplied to us. All products on this website are produced when raw and base ingredients are available and may have to be withdrawn if suitable materials are not available, for instance if a harvest for an essential oil fails. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative. Your payment is not processed until an order has been verified.

Shipping And Handling

KAT Aromatherapy Ltd makes many goods to order. We aim to despatch goods within five working days. Our standard delivery time is three working days but an overnight courier service is available. Standard delivery times and charges are valid for UK mainland addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands and is based on the number of items despatched. (link to delivery charges). If your order has arrived damaged please contact me within a reasonable time of receipt. (Retail customers only. See additional delivery terms for trade customers below).
We can deliver to anywhere in the world and will find the most appropriate and economical means of despatch for your order - please contact us for a quotation or call on 01452 742368. KAT Aromatherapy does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Customer Service

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund or replacement (excluding return postage costs) within a reasonable time of delivery, provided that they notify us of the problem as soon as possible after receiving the product. This can be done by e-mail: sales@kat-aromatherapy.co.uk or by calling 01452 742368.
Products that are reasonably believed to have been opened or used when they are returned cannot be accepted as returned goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Safe shopping

KAT Aromatherapy Ltd will never e-mail a customer and ask that they disclose or verify their credit card or bank account number. Please do not respond to e-mails that ask for personal information.

This website uses a secure payment system. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Prices

All prices for products available via the Website are inclusive of VAT at the current rates. All prices include postage and packaging. This applies to the UK only. The right is reserved to revise prices without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or a change in VAT rate.

Additional Trade Terms & Conditions

Trade ordering

You place your order request for goods from the Website by clicking on the confirm order button at the end of the on-line order process. Orders can also be placed by fax, telephone or post.
Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an acknowledgement providing you with a reference and the value of your order. This is not an order confirmation nor order acceptance from KAT Aromatherapy Ltd.

You warrant that the company information which you are required to provide when you register as a trade customer is true, accurate and current in all respects.

You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

Our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. VAT Invoices will automatically be issued for trade orders.


We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.

First orders will be delivered after payment of a pro forma invoice and must constitute a minimum order of £150 (excluding VAT and delivery). Subsequent orders can be for any value and will be invoiced. Payment terms are within 30 days. We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

By using the Website, you agree to keep password and account details confidential, and to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all actions that occur in relation to your account. If you have reason to believe that your password has become known to somebody else, or is likely to be used in any way that is unauthorised by you, you should contact us immediately. If you forget your password we will reset it upon your request and send it to the email address you registered with. All the information that you provide will be held in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

All prices indicated for products available via the trade Website are exclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus VAT and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of the Website. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment section of this Website.

Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery to you.

Delivery will be made by courier according to trade delivery prices shown on this website. (link to delivery charges). Where a standard delivery service is not available we will endeavour to use the cheapest delivery method possible. Any delivery timescales quoted are indicative only.
KAT Aromatherapy Ltd does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.

Upon receipt of the goods you must inspect the goods and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you report any damage within 24 hours of signing for the goods. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Any samples we may provide to you are for trial only and must not be resold.


We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods to any person for any reason whatsoever, to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Website. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing of any goods from this Website whether or not such goods have been sold; removing or editing content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
